Career Summary
After working as an office worker at Tsuruya Hachiman, a long-established Japanese confectionery, he wandered around Europe and was impressed by French cuisine.
After returning to Japan, he worked at Le Pontcier, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Kitahama for 7 years, including as a section chef.
He has also worked as a chef at several restaurants.
He was the opening chef of Kitashinchi Kiln Baked Steak Fukutatei.
In December 2016, he opened Kiln Baked Steak Fukutatei.
